Everything gathered in one yard.

The sales process

The assignment
We agree the assignment in writing on the official form: who is selling, what is being sold and what it costs – commission or fixed price, and which outlays come on top.

Inspection and documents
We see the home in person and gather what the law requires: ownership, encumbrances, areas, municipal charges, zoning and any co-ownership information.
- 03
The prospectus
A prospectus that describes the home honestly and well – with survey report and seller's declaration, and what buyers in Lunner ask about: schools, kindergartens and neighbourhood.

Viewing
We prepare the viewing thoroughly with you, and show the home the way it deserves.
- 05
Bidding
An efficient bidding round: every interested party is informed of bids as quickly as possible, and you are kept up to date throughout.
- 06
Contract
Once a bid is accepted, we draw up the purchase contract and go through everything together at the signing meeting.
- 07
Handover
The buyer walks through the home and both parties sign the handover protocol.
- 08
Settlement
The purchase price goes through the broker's client account. Once the protocol is signed, we settle – and the money comes to you.

We have no homes advertised on FINN today. That means two things: if you're selling, your home gets our full attention. And if you're house hunting, you can join our list – we'll call when something relevant comes up.
